Tourline Express 24h - Express package (Spain, Portugal and France)
 - 24h envelope/package shipping
- Delivery 24 hours - Spain and Portugal , 48h - France
- Only Spain, Portugal and France

- Cash on delivery payment NOT AVALIBLE
- With tracking number

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery rate 2% of total order, Minimum fee 2€
(It's not possible to pay with Cash on delivery using shipping UPS or Tourline Express)


Shipping time
We ship normal orders within 2-3 laybour days after we receive your payment confirmation(if there are enough products in the stock).
We ship express orders (UPS and Tourline Express - Only avalible in Spain) on next laybour day after we receive you payment confirmation(if there are enough products in the stock).
A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time like custom art or special orders.


International shipping
We ship to almost any international destination.
Our system will automaticaly calculate the shipping fees for your destination. 
The shipping estimator is availible after adding a product to the cart.
For other international destinations contact us for further details.

For international shipping, we always check and confirm shipping rates. In case of not accepting specific delivery option in destination coutry, we notify the client before the shipping.


Delivery address
Delivery address can be different than your home address.
We ship to work addresses or to third person address (gift shipping).


Returns
All items must be returned in new or unused condition. All accessories in the original shipment must be included. (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.).  We do not return the shipping cost. 
You can return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment . All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. 
If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

To return item first contact us, returns without any further notification will not be considered.
