How to byu at J&M Popiel Handmade Jewellery?

Shopping at J&M Popiel is very easy, fast and safe.

Finding the jewellery of your dreams
First of all you need to find a jewellery you like. You can do it by browsing the categories (rings, necklacese, etc), each of the main category have their subcategory (it is normally a material  they are made from, like stones,silver, etc). 

You can also search for specific type of jewellery, color, price, stone, etc. You can do it by using the search menu (on the top left side).  The "advanced search" is giving you the possibilty to  look for let say earrings, in green color and price less than 50€. 

Choosing a product and adding it to your shopping cart
If you found what you were looking for then click on the "ADD to CART" button, on the product detailed description page.
You will be automatically redirected to your shopping cart. Below the shoppin cart contents you will see the shipping estimator. You can check de aprox. shipping cost for this product to the specified (by you) location.

Checkout and payment
If you don your shopping click on the "Checkout" button. You will need to choose your payment option or log in (if you are returning customer). 
If you are new customer on the next step you will be asked for the billing and shipping details.

If you have PayPal account you don`t need provide your shippping information, we will receive them form Paypal. Just click on the "Express Checkout" or "Checkout with Paypal" button

Checkout STEP 1
You will be asked for the shipping method (you can choose standart or express shipping if it is avalible for your destination)

Checkout STEP 2
You will be asked for the payment method you prefer (you can choose bak wire transfer, paypal, credit card or cash on delivery).
Here you can also apply for additional package assurance.

Thats it, you can confirm your order. 
We will send you by email confirmation, that we have recived your order. It means that our system has received your order corectly and its waiting for human approval. Then we will start to process the order, and when we will sent the order you will receive "Send" status notification with a tracking number.

During the shopping and checkout process you can always ask for help.
On the right side of the page under the language and currencies boxes there is box called "live help", If there is icon saying "Live support online" you can click on it and you will be conected with our operator.
